Today in the afternoon, I saw my ducorp’s cockatoo copulating again. I m not sure why, but I think they are laying eggs and copulating very frequent this year… in this 3-4 month alone, I think they start to lay eggs about 3-4 times already…
Hopefully the female is okay with this…

This afternoon, I decide to take another egg from my ducorps cockatoo and put it into my brinsea incubator. I am not sure how the result will be, but hopefully It is success.
In the meantime, I put some grass into the nestbox. this is because I observed that there are no more nesting material left [...]

On 10 of August 2008, I put one Ducorps cockatoo egg into my Brinsea incubator. It will take abou 28 days for the egg to be hatch if nothing gone wrong.

Today I make some observation about my breeding pair of my Ducorps cockatoo. Well, it is a good news actually.
I saw the female outside the nestbox. at first I am a bit worried that they will left the nestbox. However, I found that the male is actually incubating the egg while the female is outside. [...]

Last Wednesday night, I check the ducorps cockatoo again… Seem like no luck for me..
The Female come out from the nestbox to take her treat… normally she will go back after eating. however, this time I saw her playing around for some times and not rush back to her nest box like few days back. [...]

Last night the female come out for about 5 minutes to eat the long bean, carrot and apple that I provide for them.
Since it is a bit dark, I cannot see her feather clearly. however, I can see some stain at her chest and also her right wings.. I am worried if their eggs cracked. [...]
